A native Californian and founder of TeaPAC, Mike grew up in Huntington Park and knows Los Angeles and the solutions to get L.A. back on track. He is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and a graduate of U.S.C. Law School. Together with his wife, Patricia, he is a founder and managing principal of Private Trust Management Group based in Pasadena. Mike and Patricia live in Pasadena where they are involved in a variety of business, professional and community activities.
Jim has over thirty years of private sector business management experience. As a Business Consultant, working with over 300 different Companies, Jim has implemented management solutions in a wide variety of industries. As a bank Director developed VOIP dialer technology and supporting RDBMS systems. Jim holds several titles in the Republican Party including 59th ADRCC Vice Chairman, RPLAC Executive Member and CRP State Delegate. Jim lives in Glendora with his wife Staci, raised four daughters and have two granddaughters.

Eric L. Chan attended the first-ever Pasadena Tea Party on April 11, 2009, and has been actively involved ever since. Eric earned his BA in Accounting from UCLA and brings over 10 years of Tax and Accounting experience to TeaPAC, managing all TeaPAC accounts with fiscal responsibility. He is also an active member of TeaPAC’s San Gabriel City Leadership Team, an elected member of the 49th Assembly District Republican Central Committee, and serves as a voting Delegate to the California Republican Party Conventions.
Hugh Hemington, a lifetime resident of South Pasadena, attended Occidental College. He has worked in I.T. for 30 years, for companies including Great Western Bank, and WaMu, ending as Vice President of Program Management at Countrywide Financial. Hugh manages computer systems and voter data for TeaPAC, and PDI resources for RPLAC. Hugh handles all data, including voter information, city statistics, precincts lists and maps, election history, number crunching and TeaPAC contact lists.

Julie Szende is a retired English instructor with an M.A. from Cal State L.A. and has been volunteering at the TeaPAC office since January 2011. She enjoys helping out in the office, but her favorite activity is researching candidates running in local elections. She also is interested in profiling the government structure and personnel of the numerous small cities and towns that make up Southern California. Julie also serves as the membership chair for the San Fernando Valley Sierra Club and is an avid hiker and conservationist.
